+To emphasize this is DHCPv4. No behavior is changed.

+stat-util: introduce path_is_network_fs()
+
+network: enable KeepConfiguration= when running on network filesystem
+
+Also, set KeepConfiguration=dhcp-on-stop by default when running in
+initrd.
+
