This addresses the QA warnings:

WARNING:   /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/20thirdparty/11-x11-vmmouse.fdi

WARNING:   /usr/lib/hal/hal-probe-vmmouse

The hal files are simply deleted, we don't care about hal.
